Prologue: First “Long Table” project was a practical initiative—a series of dining events designed to bring together a diverse group of people, inspired by the themes of Thanksgiving and the harvest season.
Working with Chef Taewha Yoo, the event aimed to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Participants left the busy city and gathered in a wine cellar for a tour and a meal. Although there was some initial awkwardness from meeting new people, the evening turned into a time of genuine conversation. The event provided comfort and a sense of connection, highlighting the importance of sharing a meal together.
